In this Hospitality Management course I\'m specializing in upskilling my career in Guest Relations, Food & Beverage and offering Butler service to VIP guests. Throughout this course and my previous experience in hospitality ,I have learnt how to provide high quality service to hotel VIP guests, addressing to complaints, provide information about amenities and so on. Throughout my training, I have worked in different departments and sections, like food & beverage, front office, customer service, guest relations and butler service. The variety of roles I assumed during my training enabled me to have a good experience.
