In my career of over 25 years in the field of Hospitality, Food & Beverage at different positions, with 18 Years at managerial positions in the UAE, I have achieved record of accomplishments in many brands formulating and implementing best of class operations, maintaining balance between income, cost of operations and people.

 

Proficient in building effective team and leading cross functional teams with a target of identifying and developing new business strategies on improving existing business.

 

Managed and operated Fine Dine and casual dining restaurant for well-known brands, Fine Dine (Chinese Village) and Casual Dining (The Monk & Chin Chin) and catering for large numbers

across the UAE.

 

Over-see the day-to-day operations of the multi restaurant brands, working with other departments as well as owners in planning, directing and co ordinating restaurant operations. Expert in creating menus with the culinary team, supporting the marketing and finance team. Accountable for recruitment and coaching and training the restaurant staffs, supervisors and managers to give the best output for the restaurant.

 

I also possess extensive knowledge in pre-opening and project management, customer service, team management, production management, supply chain management and kitchen management with exposure to Pan Asian, Italian, Grills and Mediterranean Cuisines.

    Head of Operations

     Spearheaded the expansion of units from 13 to 15 in 3 months.
     Successfully launched the Central Processing units (CPU)
    for all sauces and ready to cook products.
     Introduction of ready to cook products, delivery and storage
    process for CPU products.

    SPF Foods Restaurant LLC

    Operations Manager

     Conceptualized and launched Asian restaurant chain launched in 2013.
     Expansion to 5 units in 2 years.
     Increased the revenue to more than 150% in 2 years.
     Successfully launched the Central Production Unit for the group.

    Sea View Hotel

    Restaurant General Manager

     Conceptualized, spear headed and launched the Chinese Village Brand to 5 units during my tenure with an increase in revenue to more then 75% YoY.
     Launched central production unit for the brand.
     Spear headed the pre opening of Grazie, Italian restaurant and new brand Temptations, Indian restaurant launched
     Awarded 1st runner up for Best Asian Cuisine. (2005)
