• Establish and maintain seamless coordination & cooperation with all departments of the hotel to ensure
maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
• Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances,
etc.
• Ensure all HR files including personal bank details, CVs, work visas, passport control, medical insurance
benefits, accommodation, security keys, pre & post-employment correspondence, etc., are maintained
and updated in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws of the UAE.
• Conduct the recruitment of Rank & File employees based on approval by the divisional head and General
Manager, following established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure tracking and renewals of all dependent visas, insurance, employee health cards, etc. are up-to-
date.
• Following up with vacation leaves approvals and advance cash requests with the Finance department.
• Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all employees.
• Ensure smooth handling of leavers process (Resignation, Transfer, Termination of contract), ensuring the
clearance process, visa cancellation, and final payment is in order and timely.
• Prepare monthly HR reports as and when required. Oversee the payroll function and remittance of monthly
salaries to all employees.
• Monitoring of the housing rules and regulations, ensuring residents maintain a safe, healthy, and secure

• Monitoring and reviewing monthly attendance and payroll-related procedures.
• Initiating and processing employment requisitions, developing and editing departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and position advertisements in consultation with the Director of HR/HR Manager.
• Coordinating recruitment process and ensuring documentation is accurate, consistent, and complete as per applicable requirements.
• Screening preliminary candidates performing reference checks and extending offers of employment upon advice and approval of the Director of HR/HR Manager.• Extending a warm welcome to new joiners and preparing welcome letters and announcements.
• Preparing and maintaining employees’ personnel files.
• Coordinating with PRO for visa-related documents and procedures.
• Ensuring safekeeping of employees’ passports, maintaining a written record of passport temporarily withdrawn for legitimate reasons, timely return, and recovery of issued passports.
• Issuing and controlling lockers and maintaining the records of monthly inventory.
• Preparing letters, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director of HR/HR Manager.
• Administering and monitoring the housing rules and regulations, ensuring that at all times the residents maintain a safe, healthy and secure place to live.
• Managing and maintaining an inventory of stores for linen, furnishings, furniture, and other housing-related equipment, and maintaining individual inventory forms for each room resident, in order to control stock and maintenance of the hotel properties.
• Checking and ensuring the preventive maintenance guidelines to keep equipment in good standard, especially firefighting and safety equipment.
• Dealing with different entities like DEWA, RERA, EMICOOL and gas agencies, real estate agencies for Ejari water, electricity, cooling, and gas connections, contracts, maintenance, renewal, and payments respectively. -
