Responsibilities :

• Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
• Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of

performance manual of the hotel

• Greet and seat the customers and serve them in an professional, discreet and personalized manner
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the designed outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guest
