    Housekeeping Supervisor

    Implement strategies as necessary to ensure that the facility is operated with consistency
    with Hotel standards and Policies.
    To supervise work assigned fairly to Floor Supervisor, Maids, Public Area Cleaners, and
    linen room to ensure optimum cover.
    ● To ensure that all the staff is in proper Uniform and well-groomed and clean.
    ● To liaise with the Head Housekeeper (Duty Manager where appropriate) in matters
    affecting discipline and grievances of staff.
    ● To supervise the training of all staff in the department.
    ● Prepare staff duty roaster and time sheets and organize shifts to ensure appropriate
    staffing levels at all times.
    ● To pass on departmental information to evening maids should the need arise.
    ● To Undertake other such supervisory duties, which the Head Housekeeper may allocate

    to standards laid down by the hotel, and to keep the report back up to date.
