I have been working as an Executive chef for last 06 years in UAE and now in India . Well experienced in opening and running fine dining , casual dining and speciality restaurants. Very passionate about the profession and successfully managed different properties – cost effectively by building a great team, using innovative strategy , leadership qualities and by maintaining quality and quantity controls throughout the operations.
A graduate in Hotel management ,and having 20 years experience in the industry in different parts of the world , experienced with Michelin star chefs in fine dining restaurants, exposure in different cuisines ,opened and managed single as well as multi outlets and worked with colleagues from different cultures. Experience in heading the HACCP team according to DM standards .
